Carl Bloom Associates is a full-service direct response marketing agency specializing in individual giving for nonprofits. It’s heavy and very well-respected in public broadcasting and public libraries.
While there, I led all new business initiatives including speaking at conferences, writing articles and blog posts, responding to RFPs, trade shows exhibition, networking events and presenting to prospects. I initiated new client and new campaign kick-off strategy sessions.
I also managed key accounts, including interfacing directly with contacts, supervising the creative process (including copywriting), trafficking, production and billing. My goal and the goal of the agency was to ensure that our non-profit clients used effective strategy in their multi-channel fundraising programs.
I eventually became a partner and served as part of the agency management team.
